Conference

The hotel offers great conference facilities to arrange events with attendance of up to 800 people. 10 conference rooms with total size of 1010 sq.m., a spacious MIR ballroom (for 350 people), conference rooms for 30, 50, 80, 150 people, restaurants, private dining rooms for a business breakfast and banquets, pre-function areas for coffe breaks, technical equipment (i.e., projectors, screens, AV).

Rental fee inlcludes:

  • screens and projectors in the conference room
  • AV, microphone
  • flipchart + 10 sheets of paper
  • water 0.5l per person (* only for open rate rentals with no discount or special offers)
  • furniture setup as per request

Join our ACTIVHOTELS Events Program! Organize an event at any of our hotels and earn points that you can redeem for gifts.

The participant is issued a certificate with a face value corresponding to the number of points awarded. The names of participants who are awarded points cannot be changed without prior written notice. The number of points awarded and the value of the certificate is determined in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the ACTIV HOTELS EVENTS program. 

The minimum cost of the event is from 30,000 rubles. The maximum number of points for one event is 30,000 points. 

1 point is awarded for every 100 rubles of qualified income, limited to the maximum number of points indicated above. 

Qualified income for calculating the cost of the event are: 

1) Guest rooms (10 or more rooms must be sold at least one night) 

2) Food and drinks ordered at the hotel 

3) Technical equipment ordered from the hotel (without the involvement of a contractor) 

4) Hall rental fee 

Non-qualified income for calculating the cost of the event are: 

1) Taxes 

2) Service fee 

3) Cancellation and reduction fees 

4) Technical equipment, internet and technical support ordered from the hotel through contractors 

5) Services of third-party contractors ordered through the Hotel. 

The validity period of the certificate is 1 year.

Soyuz 2 is a part of the biggest conference rooms Soyuz that takes 1/3 of its space.

Soyuz 3 is a part of the biggest conference rooms Soyuz that takes 1/3 of its space.

Salyut is a small conference room that will be ideal for a small meeting or event.

Soyuz 1-2 are 2 sections of 3 that the biggest Soyuz room offers.

Soyuz 2-3 are 2 sections of 3 that the biggest Soyuz room offers.

Vostok meeting room offers 105 sqm space for meetings and events.

Soyuz meeting room is one of the biggest conference facilities in the hotel.

MIR Ballroom is the biggest event space in the hotel that can accommodate up to 350 people.

This private dining room is located just next to the Sunlight restaurant and offers a nice ambience for your small-scale events, i.e., a private dinner or a meeting/

Located on the 8th floor, the private dining room of the Panorama restaurant offers a splending Volga river view. Ideal place to have a private dinner or a meeting.

Newly built multifunctional hall can be used both for conference and banquet events.
Hall equipped with a separate air conditioning, as well as sockets with media and USB connectors.
The 65-inch mobile TV plasma can be installed anywhere in the Hall.
